A Newly Revised PW2 Form

The DOB has completed a revision to the PW2 form, with the intention of making the public more aware of development projects in their neighborhoods.

The revised form requires applicants to post permits in a visible location within three days of original issuance.

The new PW2 Work Permit Application must be filed by the contractor or licensee in order to obtain a work permit.
