Registration for Journeymen Plumbers

As of July 1, the DOB has started registering journeyman Plumbers and Fire Suppression Piping Installers. There are two steps to the process.

First, applicants may submit their applications through the DOB’s eFiling site, and will receive a confirmation of their submission.

Next, they must schedule an appointment with the Licensing unit, and bring the completed application to the appointment. to schedule this appointment, the applicant should call the Licensing hotline at 212-566-4100.
