Time to Turn in Your Old Cards
Citing security purposes, the Licensing Unit of the DOB is enhancing the Department-issued identification cards required for all Professionals. To make things interesting, the deadline has quietly come and gone, and the old ID’s actually expired last week, at the end of January.
Professionals must obtain their new ID cards immediately in order to continue doing business with the DOB. To obtain the new card, you must schedule an appointment by contacting Debra Beasley at (212) 566-4120. You may also send an email.
There’s no need to dress up for the appointment, as a new photo will not be taken.
